Fake sync endpoint. Emits a progress line every 18 seconds in 10% steps, so a successful run takes 3 minutes. About 80% of runs succeed, 20% fail partway through. The last line is always "True" or "False".
No authentication required. Limited to 5 requests per 60s per IP; further requests get HTTP 429.
